E-MyspacePlays.Com is for promotional use only. It is designed to help Myspace musicians promote their music and their Myspace music page and or both. We strictly prohibit the use of this service for any band other than your own. We carefully examine larger purchases ( > 100,000 plays) before approving your request for promotion.
Our service is 100% Guaranteed to improve your total myspace plays and any increase will be permanent as long as your myspace account is active. With larger play packages, your myspace profile may experience as much as 100,000 plays in a 24 hour period.
This service is for musicians, bands, music promoters and band/artiste management staff who want to take a active approach to the promotion of their music and potentially reach high chart positions. We will NEVER ask you for your MySpace login details and we will never ask you to place any codes on your profile.
Refund Policy
E-MyspacePlays.Com guarantees that our service does not violate Myspace Terms of Service, which includes we do not employ bots, scripts, or other software. We offer our 100% Guarantee that you will receive the promotion you paid for.
We will not issue a refund once promotion has been activated. As a remedy, we can, at our option, decide to issue additional credits for one of our other many promotion services.
If we have yet to start your promotion and for some reason the Myspace website is having technical problems which render us unable to process your order or deliver the full number of plays you ordered, we will issue a full refund.
If you are dissatisfied with the service for any other reason, we may issue a refund or service credit solely at our discretion based on the facts of the circumstance.
Chargeback Policy
Purchased Services may qualify for a full refund if no services have been rendered. If we have completed and portion of your promotion and you wish to cancel the remaining balance of your promotion, we will issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
In all cases, we wish to resolve any issues via prompt communication and in most cases we will issue you promotions credits in the event you are dissatisfied for any reason.
By purchasing services from us, you agree to contact us immediately if you have an issue or question about your order or services provided. By purchasing services you are agreeing to use arbitration as the method to work toward an amicable resolution to your issue via email and/or phone. Under no circumstances will you file a chargeback or dispute prior to attempting arbitration.

Privacy Policy
E-MyspacePlays.Com protects your privacy and will never lease, sell or otherwise share information about you, your account, or business activity. We abide by all anti-spam regulations and will never distribute mass communications to you without your consent.
Your use of E-MyspacePlays.Com is strictly confidential. Your Myspace identity (Band names, MySpace URLs, etc) are strictly confidential. If you would like to share your success story, we will happily consider it for publication.
